Shipping & Returns
We strive to promptly ship your order to ensure its timely delivery. Freeze-Dried Candy can be delicate, so we take extra care in packaging to prevent breakage during shipping. But hey, accidents happen, so some sweets might arrive a bit broken despite our best efforts.
Shipping:
Most parcels ship through USPS. Expect a quick 1-3 days for processing and then another 1-5 days for shipping. Psst...not everything can be shipped, so peek at the list below.
If your treats show up looking sad and squished, drop us a line at arctictreatscandy@yahoo.com to raise a claim. Sadly, we can't play superhero for orders damaged by weather, delivery, or porch pirates.
When the holiday frenzy hits or it's Black Friday madness, give us 5-7 days to process your order due to the whirlwind of requests. We'll shoot you an email once we get your order and another when it's on its way to you.
Need to grab your goodies in person? We aim for same-day pick-up, but life might throw us a curveball, so give us up to 36 hours to get your order ready. We'll chat with you after you've placed your order to lock in a pick-up time.
For those within a 20-mile radius of Arcata, CA, we'll hand-deliver your treats within 48 hours of orders placed during normal business hours. Make sure to select delivery at check out and keep in mind there will be a small delivery fee.
